repellent (DWR) finish transports moisture away from the neck
and ears to keep you dry as it cools
Installation: There are two attachment components located on the Cooling Neck
Shade: The large elastic band that comprises the front of the cooling shade is
intended to fit around the suspension system of your hardhat or the outside of
your ball cap. The smaller elastic loop at the rear of the cooling shade is to
thread the ball cap rear adjustment strap through to keep the cooling neck shade
attached more tightly to the cap.
Hardhat installation: After activation, attach the large
elastic front band of the Cooling Neck Shade around the
suspension system so that it fits securely between the
suspension and the hardhat.
For additional support, you can place the
self-sticking Velcro pieces that accompany your Neck Shade on
the inside of your hardhat adjacent to the Velcro on the Neck
Shade. You can also pass the back of your suspension system
into the small loop located at the inside back of the Neck
Shade.
Ball Cap Installation: Open the Velcro, belt, or snap
size-adjustment closure at the back of the ball cap. Insert one
end of the back closure through the small elastic loop located
at the back of the Cooling Neck Shade. Re-attach the ball
cap’s adjustment closure so that the small rear loop of the Neck
Shade is in the centre of the ball cap’s adjustment closure.
Place the front elastic band of the Neck Shade over the top of
the cap, across the top of the visor.
