Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Coolweave Pty. Ltd. (Silver Eagle Outfitters, Australia) go beyond our legal requirements by offering a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on each item we sell with the exception of the items listed below. We request that you please try on your product to verify the correct size prior to activating the product for cooling.

If the colour is not what you pictured, or the product is not quite the right size, whatever the reason, if you are not satisfied with a product, you may return or exchange it so long as it is unused, unworn and in the same condition you received it within 30 days of receipt. We will either exchange your product or refund the cost of your item, less any associated freight costs.

	Include your invoice with the item/s. If you cannot send your invoice, please include a copy of your receipt.
	Specify whether you want a refund, return or exchange.
	If the product is activated prior to returning it for an exchange or refund, we must charge a 25% restocking fee.

If you request an exchange, please indicate which new product you want by providing the item description, include size and colour choices, if applicable.

Warranty
Silver Eagle Outfitters is proud to stand behind the products we sell. Should you find a problem with your purchase, within one full year of purchase, relating to either faulty workmanship or materials, pending assessment we will offer you a replacement, repair, a credit or full refund on the faulty product.
